1. The Baptism in the Jordan
We contemplate Jesus descending into the Jordan, though sinless, to sanctify the waters. The heavens open, the Spirit descends as a dove, and the Father’s voice proclaims, “This is my beloved Son.”
This mystery teaches gratitude for grace and openness to the Spirit. Baptism is the gateway to divine life. We must daily live what was once bestowed: renounce sin, walk in light, and listen to the Father’s voice in the heart.
